Under commission from the Asia-Pacific Telecommunity (APT), we conducted the “Senior Executive Policy Training Workshop” (Tokyo, April 7-10), sponsored by APT. The training was attended by executives (director-general level) from ICT ministries in eight countries—Iran, Laos, Malaysia, Mongolia, Nepal, Palau, Sri Lanka, and Thailand—as well as APT Secretary-General Masanori Kondo.
