In addition to the demonstration projects described above, JTEC is working on training (capacity development) projects. We believe that focusing on support for the development and capacity development of advanced human resources, which will drive digital change in each country, will help meet the digitization needs of each country.
In addition to speech by experts in and outside of Japan, the program is a practical program that can be easily connected to project formation by organically combining "Best Practices Introduction," "Hands-on Practice" using models, and "Group Work" organized into small groups.
Since fiscal 2020, we have been working to develop and develop training programs that incorporate the advantages of online and on-site systems. These programs include online (remote-participatory) systems.

Based on "Efforts for Data Transformation," this paper introduces the "Society 5 0" effort implemented by the Ministry of Public Management, Home Office, Posts and Telecommunications. It also introduces the effort to utilize data in a wide range of fields, including disaster prevention, disaster reduction, tourism promotion, well-being, remote medical care + remote logistics (distribution), and remote farming using unmanned flight objects, from the three perspectives of "Administration (central, local)," "Element Technology," and "Solution." It has led to the solution of social issues in the country. In the group work on the last day, we used these solutions and elemental technologies to discuss "solving problems in the new corona trouble" in small groups.
